Each Spring we hire more than 100 people for positions making, scooping and driving our delicious ice cream all over town. We're looking for cone-half full folks from every part of the Seattle region to join our mooncrew and our mission to make the world a better place one scoop at a time. Summer 2018 Seasonal Scooper Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream

Molly Moon’s scoopers are responsible for delivering on our promise to create welcoming multi-generational community gathering places. This role is responsible for providing great service, consistent scoops, and good vibes during every shift. They ring up customers, keep the shop clean, choose fun upbeat music, and, most importantly, provide delightful customer service. Shift Leader Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream

Molly Moon’s shift leaders are responsible for delivering on our promise to create welcoming multi-generational community gathering places. This role is responsible for leading the team in delivering great service, consistent scoops, and good vibes during every shift. Shift leaders function as the “manager on duty” and are responsible for all business execution during their shift including cash handling, cleanliness, playing fun upbeat music, keeping team morale high, and delighting our customers. This role is a fantastic non-seasonal job with hours in the summer and winter where you can embody our values--being smart, generous, homemade, joyful, and brave.

Summer 2018 Ice Cream Maker Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream

Molly Moon’s Ice Cream Makers work through the spring and summer months participating in high volume ice cream, pints, and topping production. On an average day, our ice cream makers are working to music or podcasts while churning out large batches of ice cream, getting early previews and tastes of delicious upcoming seasonals before we launch in shops. This role is an incredible and fun summer job where you can embody our values--being smart, generous, homemade, joyful, and brave.                                                                                    

Summer 2018 Delivery Driver Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream

Moon’s Delivery Drivers work through the spring and summer transporting ice cream and other goods efficiently and accurately between the shops. The delivery team is the network that keeps us up and running! This position calls for an ultra safe attitude, and razor-sharp attention to rules of the road. Our delivery drivers provide excellent customer service to everyone in our company, vendors, and wholesale accounts. This role is an incredible summer job where you can embody our values--being smart, generous, homemade, joyful, and brave.
