Each Spring we hire more than 100 people for positions making, scooping and driving our delicious ice cream all over town. We’re calling our 2017 hiring season campaign “NOW HIRING OPTIMISTS!” We’re looking for cone-half full folks from every part of the Seattle region to join our mooncew and our mission to make the world a better place one scoop at a time. Why are we hiring optimists, you ask? We have identified optimism as the most important behavioral trait that contributes to a mooncrew member’s success AND transcends gender, race, religion, orientation, and all of the ways that make us diverse.

Our shops are busiest in the evenings and on the weekends. If you’d like to scoop for us, please include your availability during peak times.
