Steeped black tea, spiced with a blend of cardamom, ginger, clove, black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg are combined with a dark caramelized sugar before being added to rich local milk and cream. This flavor is gluten-free.
earl grey
A molly moon's classic returns! Cold steeped Earl Grey tea, perfumed with bergamot orange, is blended with local milk and cream, and a touch of sugar to create this sophisticated ice cream is perfect on its own or with a dollop of our homemade lemon curd on top.This flavor contains gluten.

Whole organic California grown lemons are turned into a thick marmalade in our scoop shop kitchens before being folded into a rich lemon ice cream scented with fresh lemon zest and juice and studded with freshly baked soft buttery blonde cookie chunks. This flavor contains gluten and eggs.
vegan blueberry pie (v)
Organic locally grown blueberries are preserved at the height of summer and made into a thick jam before being swirled into our rich vegan coconut ice cream studded with chunks of gluten-free crisp crumble spiced with a hint of cinnamon! This flavor is vegan and gluten-free.
