Established in 2009, our Capitol Hill shop is right off the south side of Cal Anderson Park, near the heart of the Pike/Pine Corridor. We love this vibrant neighborhood that’s full of independently owned retail shops, restaurants, and cafes! All of the ice cream we scoop at this shop is made on-site, and it's one of our largest and busiest kitchens, making ice cream and toppings for our busy Waterfront & Madrona walk-up windows as well!
