Molly Moon Neitzel, CEO & Founder of Molly Moon's, and Robin Wehl Martin, founder of Hello Robin, are coming together to celebrate National Ice Cream Sandwich Day- a very important holiday to both business owners!
Robin and Molly have been friends for well over a decade and the ice cream sandwich has come to symbolize the two's lasting friendship- fun, sweet, and an unbeatable pairing! Together this duo has created one of our region's most beloved sweet treats! A big scoop of rich Molly Moon's ice cream hugged between two freshly baked Hello Robin cookies.
These two powerhouses of Seattle sweets will take over our tiny Bellevue walk-up scoop shop located across from Inspiration Playground from 3-7 pm on August 2nd, National Ice Cream Sandwich Day.
