Berries just don’t get any better than when they’re local and in their prime! We love Washington grown berries and for our blueberry pie ice cream, these blue fruity beauties take centerstage! Our kitchens are busy stirring big pots of homemade blueberry pie filling, which we lightly sweeten and perk up with fresh lemon juice. The filling is swirled into our rich sweet cream ice cream, and then we fold in heaps of yummy buttery, flaky pie crust baked in our kitchens. This insanely tasty ice cream will be available at both Hello Robinlocations as well as our scoop shops (except for the Madrona walk-up window)

Though some people are die-hard iced coffee drinkers year-round, others only shift their coffee orders from hot to iced as the weather gets toasty. Perhaps the most beloved summer coffee beverage is the ever popular iced vanilla latte and we’ve turned this classic cold beverage into a molly moon’s summer seasonal ice cream! We mix a rich dark homemade caramel into coffee ice cream kissed with vanilla and churn it until it’s perfectly smooth and creamy. The result is a delectable scoop that would be even more irresistible drizzled with our vanilla bean caramel or deep dark hot fudge.

For our vegan and plant-based fans we’ve made a version of our top selling always flavor just for you! Vegan melted chocolate! We love Theo Chocolate and this year we estimate we’ll buy over 24,000 pounds of their incredible 70% fair-trade dark chocolate. We take this dark chocolate and melt it into organic coconut milk and create a mousse-like ice cream. It’s a truly irresistible treat, whether you’re dairy-free or not! Partnering with local farms means that we are at the whim of mother nature. This year Washington cherry season is starting a tad later than normal. Our much beloved cherry chunk ice cream is coming soon, but isn’t quite ready yet! The cherries are still ripening and as soon as they are perfectly plump and juicy, we’ll be making batches of cherry chunk ice cream for all to enjoy.
