It’s not summer at molly moon’s without cherry chunk! Organic local cherries from Alberg Farms join forces with Theo 70% dark chocolate to create an ice cream that has it ALL! Every bite of this rich and silky ice cream is dotted with juicy plump cherries and spiked with rich dark chocolate bits.

This much beloved flavor couldn’t be more deliciously simple! After pitting and pureeing a trio of cherries from Alberg Farms (Bing, Van, and Red Lambert) we add them to our rich ice cream base made with milk, sugar and lots of cream. We churn the soft pink colored ice cream until it’s a perfect creamy texture. Then we fold in lots of snappy 70% Theo dark chocolate. The textures and flavors in this ice cream make it a truly irresistible part of a summer in Washington!
