molly moon’s is turning 10! may 10th is molly moon’s 10th birthday, and we will be celebrating with a spring and summer full of cake flavors! all through may, we will be selling a classic birthday cake flavor developed by wallingford chef, iris. we make a cake batter ice cream and swirl it with a homemade cake batter pastry cream and swiss buttercream that's filled with molly’s favorite organic sprinkles.
