Strawberry shortcake is here in time for the height of summer! For this flavor we take organic strawberries from Viva Farms and cook them down into a thick fruity jam, then we freshly bake buttery sweet scones and break them into bite sized morsels, and fold everything into our rich sweet cream ice cream. Strawberry shortcake is one of the most iconic summer desserts of all time, and our version of the dessert has become a summertime classic at molly moon’s. You can grab a scoop of this flavor at all molly moon’s scoop shops, including our little Madrona walk-up window, and at both Hello Robin locations.

With record setting temperatures, there’s no better time to have a cold refreshing treat! Beat the heat with our pink lemonade sorbet*. Made with organic lemon juice, raspberries, and sugar, it’s sweet and tart in just the right way. This fruity flavor is vegan and perfect on its own however, you can turn this sorbet into a delightful creamsicle flavor by pairing it with our simple and delicious sweet cream ice cream. It’s so tasty that our friends at Hello Robin will be carrying it all month long! This flavor is gluten-free.

Raspberry chip* makes its debut in our scoop shops this summer and if you’re a fan of our cherry chunk ice cream, we think you’ll be a big fan of this flavor too! Fresh local summer raspberries are turned into a ruby hued jam and stirred into our ice cream base made with plenty of local heavy cream and milk. After the ice cream has been churned to perfection, we pour in lots of snappy bits of Theo 70% dark chocolate into the ice cream adding a decadent element into this berry-vicious flavor.
