Sasquatch is made with our melted chocolate ice cream (made with lots of Theo Chocolate chunks), swirls of homemade vanilla bean caramel and our house granola, hand-mixed and roasted in our kitchens. We use gluten-free oats, organic pumpkin & flax seeds, organic cinnamon & PNW honey for the granola. The caramel is made with local cream, local/organic butter and organic vanilla bean. 

Molly and her friend Adam Zacks, creator of Sasquatch Festival came up with the flavor in 2009, and now we always celebrate festival season with this special flavor!
