mulled wine sorbet

To make this flavor, our ice cream makers start with a big pot of real mulled wine! The wine we’re using is an organic Columbia Valley red blend from Badger Mountain Vineyard. We slice up a bunch of organic oranges and steep them in the wine along with a mix of organic spices: cinnamon, star anise and whole cloves. Once the wine is thoroughly mulled we mix in some sugar and honey and turn it into this lovely sorbet!
