Our cinnamon ice cream is delightfully simple: ground organic cinnamon with local milk & cream and non-GMO cane sugar. This flavor is pie's best friend, it really goes with almost every kind! A pint or two is a creative addition to the classic Thanksgiving spread. We're excited to be using Red Ape Cinnamon. Red Ape is based in Eugene, Oregon and imports high quality, organic, kosher cinnamon from small farms in Western Sumatra, Indonesia. They also donate a portion of their proceeds to help orangutans and their habitat!
