We have a brand-new festive flavor this year: chocolate peppermint swirl! We make our usual dense chocolate ice cream made from melted bars of Theo Chocolate, with a swirl of peppermint-y hot fudge. Made with fair-trade, organic chocolate and extract of organic Washington peppermint. Now scooping through early January.
