Now serving Blue Corn Chocolate Chip! This has been a long awaited flavor to the mm seasonal menu. It is a unique one, but trust us, it's delicious! Our culinary team makes chocolate chip cookies using organic blue cornmeal as the foundation and then crumbles the cookies up to add to our ice cream base along with rich, organic buttermilk, a touch of vanilla extract and organic brown sugar. If you look closely, you will see some blue in your scoop!
