Blackberry Sorbet

Blackberry Sorbet is now in all shops! The Skagit Valley continues to produce some amazing berries this year! We’re using dark, lush, corpulent blackberries from Hayton Farms – one of our favorite organic fruit growers up north! Hayton is a 5th generation family farm that was established in 1876. This farms produces great-tasting, organic berries. Our kitchen teams puree the berries before spinning them with our sorbet base, creating an intense yet full blackberry sorbet.
