January Seasonals!

Sasquatch:
Over a decade ago, the iconic Gorge Amphitheatre was host to one of the biggest music festivals in the nation, The Sasquatch Music Festival. In its inaugural year, the founder, Adam Zacks, and Molly Moon Neitzel came together to create an ice cream flavor that would be just as fun and spirited as the music festival itself. Thus, Sasquatch, the ice cream flavor, was born! Crunchy homemade granola clusters, vanilla bean caramel, and chunks of Theo 70% dark chocolate are folded into our decadent melted chocolate ice cream. Though the festival had its final run in 2018, the ice cream lives on! A craveable combination of flavors and textures, Sasquatch is a perennial favorite that we make sure to bring back to our scoop shops every year.

You can grab a scoop or pint of this at all molly moon’s scoop shops, including our Madrona walk-up window, as well as both Hello Robin locations.

Hojicha Latte:
If you’ve been a fan of our tea flavors like early grey or rose milk tea- then our brand new hojicha latte is a flavor you absolutely have to try. This flavor is an irresistible green tea ice cream made from roasted tea leaves grown in the foothills of Mt. Fuji, Japan by Sugimoto Tea, a 3rd generation tea producer based in Redmond, WA. This ultra smooth ice cream’s richness is balanced with the toasty, sophisticated notes of the hojicha tea leaves.

We suggest topping this flavor with our special seasonal topping of homemade marshmallow fluff.

Meyer Lemon:
Winters in the PNW are an inhospitable time for fresh fruit, so we look to our neighbors south of Washington State for more sunshiny flavors. Though we correlate citrus with the warm summer months, late winter and early spring are the times when citrus fruits are harvested in California. Fresh juice and zest from California Meyer lemons, impart their ultra lemon-y, but not too sour, flavor into this perky ice cream.

If you’re a fan of lemon, we suggest pairing this flavor with our homemade lemon curd for an extra zesty punch!
