Blackberry Crème Fraîche

We saved blackberries from Viva Farms, picked at the height of this past summer, and turned them into a deep amethyst jam that we swirl into our homemade tangy crème fraîche ice cream. This flavor is gluten-free.

Peppermint Cocoa

Homemade peppermint white chocolate bark flecked with crushed peppermint candies are folded into our decadently rich mint chocolate ice cream. This flavor is gluten-free.

Salty Toffee

Salty, sweet, bitter, creamy, and crunchy- this ice cream has it all! Homemade toffee is cooked the old fashioned way in our kitchens with lots of butter and cream and then coated with dark chocolate before it's broken into bite sized chunks and folded into a luxuriously rich brown sugar toffee ice cream. This flavor is gluten-free.
