We normally reserve the term "decadent" for flavors that include lots of chocolate or over-the-top homemade baked treats. However in the case of Blackberry Crème Fraîche, "decadent" perfectly describes this simple yet luxurious ice cream. We balance the crème fraîche's richness with a sweet tart organic blackberry jam made in our neighborhood kitchens, and swirled throughout this ice cream.

This month we're featuring this ice cream in our seasonal sundae topped with more organic blackberry jam, and homemade buttery graham cracker crust*, freshly whipped cream, and a Chukar cherry on top!
