Blackberry Cobbler
aka summer in a scoop! We start with plump, sun-soaked blackberries from Sidhu Farms and Viva Farms—local, organic, and bursting with summer sweetness. They’re simmered into a thick, jammy swirl right in our scoop shop kitchens (because we like to keep things homemade). We then crumble freshly baked scones made with lots of butter and cream.  All that goodness gets folded into our sweet cream ice cream resulting in a cobbler-inspired masterpiece that’s basically your grandma’s dessert… but colder, creamier, and carried in a cone.

Marshmallow Pretzel Crunch
showcases one of our favorite sweet and salty combinations: pretzel crunch! We take organic pretzels, toss them in butter, brown sugar, and malt powder, then bake them into golden clusters that are just the right kind of crunchy. To keep that crunch going strong, each cluster is coated in our homemade chocolate hard shell before diving into a rich, marshmallow ice cream. The ice cream is infused with gently browned butter for a warm, toasty note, and finished with a touch of organic sugar and vanilla extract. And just when you think it can’t get any better, we stir in mini marshmallows for soft, pillowy bites between those chocolatey pretzel crunches. It’s nostalgic, cozy, and completely irresistible.

Salty Toffee
it’s a perfect combination of salty, bitter, sweet, creamy and crunchy! We make our homemade chocolate toffee the old-fashioned way, with plenty of butter, sugar, and cream, and a sprinkling of K’ul dark chocolate while the toffee is still warm. The toffee pieces are then chopped up and sprinkled throughout a rich and buttery, brown sugar toffee ice cream. 

Vegan Melted Chocolate
our beloved Melted Chocolate flavor, reimagined without dairy but with all the richness you crave. We warm organic coconut milk, sugar, sea salt, and a dash of cocoa powder, then melt in velvety K’ul dark chocolate before churning it to perfection. Creamy, decadent, and 100% plant-based.
