With all the elements of a favorite Halloween candy bar, this flavor is packed with the most decadent ingredients to satisfy the most stubborn sweet tooth. The base is milk chocolate (lighter in flavor than ‘melted chocolate’) dotted with a generous amount of nougaty chocolate covered marshmallows and luscious swirls of vanilla bean caramel. Molly made a commitment to a Wallingford parent group when opening our first store to be a peanut free zone as part of our desire to be a welcoming multi-generational gathering place. Moonbutter cup is our peanut free take on the ever popular Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Moonbutter, made with ground sunflower seed is sweetened and given a dash of salt before being sandwiched between crisp milk chocolate and chopped into chunks. These chunks of candy are stirred into a sweet cream base for a perfect balance of sweet, salty and rich!

Pumpkin season is here! Our pumpkin pie ice cream captures all the cozy comfort of grandma's homemade dessert. We start with pumpkin from Stahlbush Farms in Corvallis, Oregon, cooking it with organic cane sugar and the perfect blend of warm spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of clove. We cook until it reaches the rich, velvety consistency of classic pumpkin pie filling. This fall flavor gets buttery chunks of sweetened homemade pie crust tossed in. Stahlbush Farms believes that growing pumpkin is an art and a science, and the same goes for crafting our perfectly spiced pumpkin pie ice cream that tastes like autumn in every spoonful!

Brisk sunny days in October ring in the arrival of Washington Apple Season! We churn rich organic coconut milk spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg until creamy. Using granny smith apples from organically grown company and honeycrisp apple cider from Sauk Farms, we create a delicious vegan apple cake, flavored with more cinnamon and nutmeg, sweetened with brown sugar, and finished with a hint of sea salt. Grab a scoop in a freshly griddled waffle cone for the perfect fall day.
