If you’re familiar with one of our most popular always flavors, Yeti, then you may also be familiar with its counterpart flavor, Sasquatch! Just like Yeti, this flavor has big luscious ribbons of our homemade vanilla bean caramel, a hefty helping of fresh baked granola, and lots of chunks of Theo 70% dark chocolate folded throughout. What sets our Sasquatch flavor apart from Yeti is that instead of all those yummy ingredients being swirled into a sweet cream ice cream, they’re folded into our extra rich melted chocolate ice cream. This ice cream is a slice of Molly Moon’s history and dates back to 2009 when Molly Moon and her pal Adam Zacks created it in honor of the iconic Sasquatch Music Festival which ended its run in 2019, but the memory lives on in this much-beloved ice cream. You can get a scoop of this all-time favorite at any molly moon’s scoop shop including the little Madrona walk-up window.

A big thick slice of New York Cheesecake is swoon-worthy! This month we take all of the elements of the perfect cheesecake and our chefs turn it into an irresistible ice cream. This ice cream is made with rich organic cream cheese and a little bit of organic lemon juice to bring out the cream cheese’s tanginess. We then make a buttery graham cracker crust with a hint of salt and sprinkle it throughout this decadent ice cream. Our New York Cheesecake ice cream is delicious on its own, but it also pairs perfectly with one of our warm chocolate brownies. This flavor will be available at all molly moon locations except the Madrona walk-up window, and will also be available at both Hello Robin locations. This flavor contains gluten.

Fresh orange juice, satsuma zest, and lots of local cream and milk make an ultra orange-y, ultra creamy orange creamsicle ice cream. Based on the longtime beloved classic flavor, the blend of punchy citrus plays perfectly rounding out our rich and smooth ice cream base. For an extra kick, try this flavor in a waffle cone with our homemade lemon curd or go in the other direction and drizzle it with hot fudge or our delightfully snappy chocolate hardshell.

One of our top selling always flavors is most certainly our melted chocolate ice cream. So it’s no surprise to anyone that one of our most popular vegan flavors is vegan melted chocolate! We use the same technique to make our vegan melted chocolate as we do our traditional melted chocolate ice cream. It all starts by melting lots and lots of organic and fair-trade Theo 70% dark chocolate. We take that melted chocolate and blend it into a rich coconut milk to create a chocolate ice cream with a mousse-like consistency. This ice cream is silky and sumptuous and so very chocolate-y! Grab a scoop of this amazing vegan flavor at any molly moon’s scoop shop or either Hello Robin locations.
