We’re officially scooping into the final (and frostiest) month of 2025 and our winter classics have arrived!

blackberry crème fraîche 
A beloved winter favorite returns! Blackberry Crème Fraiche is a tart flavor that will leave your taste buds more alive than ever! our kitchens have each been making huge batches of luscious amethyst jam with blackberries from Sidhu Farms in Puyallup, WA. Perfectly tart, ultra-creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness makes this a decadent treat. 

vegan peppermint bark 
Each of our kitchens is carefully melting 65% dark K’ul chocolate and blending it with peppermint extract, before spreading it thin and sprinkling crushed candy canes on top. We break the bark into bite sized pieces, add more crushed candy canes, and swirl through our rich, creamy coconut ice cream that is kissed with organic peppermint extract. 

gingersnap
Our shop kitchens are baking sheets of molasses cookies gently spiced with cinnamon, ginger and a pinch of black pepper for a pleasant kick. These chewy cookies are cut into perfectly bite sized chunks before being stirred into a caramel and molasses ice cream that doubles down on the warm ginger and cinnamon flavors of the cookie.

A fun twist on the winter favorite, peppermint hot cocoa. White chocolate bark speckled with crushed peppermint candies are mixed throughout this decadent peppermint cocoa ice cream flavor. Perfect for cozying up to a fire and a movie!
