Peaches & Cream
Cases of juicy peaches have arrived in all Molly Moon’s scoop shop kitchens! We cook the peaches into a thick, syrupy jam with chunks of fresh fruit, then fold generous spoonful’s into our rich blend of local cream, milk, and sugar. A simple ice cream with big summer flavor! We’re proud to be working with Washington state partners including Collins Family Orchards in Selah, and CLS Farms in Moxie.

Blackberry
There’s no berry more iconic to the Pacific Northwest than the blackberry. Here in Washington state, we may take them for granted, but it’s a special kind of luck to be surrounded by brambles heavy with fruit at every turn during the summer. Each year, in our neighborhood kitchens, we make a deeply fragrant jam using organic blackberries from Sidhu Farms and Viva Farms. We blend that jam into a rich mixture of milk, cream, and sugar, then churn it into smooth ice cream—adding more jam in thick, luscious ribbons. This flavor is gluten-free.

Nothing says “summer” like sitting next the campfire making a tasty s’more! This plant-based ice cream is an homage to that summertime treat! Organic coconut milk is blended with mini toasted vegan marshmallows and churned into a rich vanilla scented ice cream. We fold in lots of our homemade vegan chocolate hardshell to create little flecks of chocolate in every bite before folding in a homemade graham cracker crust with a hint of smokiness from the addition of a hickory smoked salt! This flavor is vegan and contains soy & coconut.

S'mores (g)(s)
S’mores ice cream is a summertime staple at our scoop shops. Homemade, thick, melt-in-your mouth chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow, and a buttery graham cracker crust are folded into a rich dark caramel ice cream with a hint of smokiness from hickory smoked sea salt. This flavor contains gluten and soy.
