Summer isn’t over yet! And this month we are relishing the warm weather and opportunity to indulge in some of our favorite late summer ice cream flavors!

PNWesterners are well known for being some of the most fervent enthusiasts of the great outdoors. There’s no better way to cap off a day in the fresh air and sunshine than by connecting with your favorite people sitting around a campfire! The most delectable and ubiquitous treat on a camping trip is an ooey gooey s’more. We love this summertime treat so much we make it into a s’more ice cream made with dark burnished caramel, smoked sea salt, and toasted marshmallows. We fold in great big dollops of milk chocolate ganache (made with Theo’s 45% milk chocolate), and heaps of homemade buttery graham cracker crust. Every bite of this ice cream has the toasty, smoky, chocolatey, irresistible qualities of a perfectly constructed s’more! You can find this flavor at all molly moon locations except for our little Madrona walk-up window.

Just about everywhere you turn there are brambles of blackberries heavy with beautiful dark purple fruit- fragrant, plump, and ripe for the pickin’! These berries are perfect right now, and the best thing we can do is to get out of the way and let them shine in all their glory in our blackberry sorbet. Organic Washington blackberries are pureed and mixed with organic sugar and a splash of lime juice to create this stunning ultra smooth and refreshing sorbet! Simple and delicious on its own, and extra decadent with the addition of our vegan chocolate hardshell for an undeniably scrumptious plant-based and gluten free treat. For many years we’ve been working with Collin’s Family Orchard, a 4th generation farm in Selah, WA, producing some of the most flavorful peaches we’ve tasted! Our peaches & cream ice cream is just that- perfect peaches and local hormone-free milk and cream! We take the juicy sweet Washington peaches and cook them into a thick jam studded with supple chunks of cooked peach. We swirl the jam into our sweet cream ice cream, and voila!- a scoop of ice cream that perfectly encapsulates the warmth of our late summer. This flavor will be available at all molly moon’s scoop shops, including our Madrona walk-up window, and both Hello Robin locations. This flavor is gluten-free!
