this special pnw-inspired flavor has made its return!

back in 2009, molly and her friend, adam zacks, founder of sasquatch music festival, collaborated to create an ice cream flavor that was inspired by the pacific nw music festival. our ice cream truck, leo, would make the trek out to the gorge, driven by our mooncrew, and filled with ice cream for artists and concert-goers to enjoy. sasquatch has been seattle’s favorite seasonal molly moon’s flavor for almost 10 years! we create this flavor with our rich melted chocolate ice cream swirled with homemade sasquatch granola, organic and fair trade theo chocolate chunks, and ribbons of vanilla bean caramel. the homemade sasquatch granola is what makes this flavor so special. it’s roasted dark, after mixing together organic oats, pepitas, flax seeds, and local raw honey, with a hint of cinnamon.
