Mocha chip is an homage to Molly's favorite flavor when she was a scooper at Big Dipper Ice Cream during her college days in Missoula, MT! Our ice cream makers crafted an incredible version with amazing ingredients: chocolate-coffee ice cream with organic Stumptown Coffee beans, organic cocoa powder & loaded up with chunks of organic Theo Chocolate. Molly loves her scoop smothered with our homemade vanilla bean caramel sauce, how will you enjoy yours?
