Strawberry cheesecake ice cream is back for a limited edition pint drop at our Redmond scoop shop next Tuesday, May 24th. The rich and tangy cream cheese ice cream is perked up with swirls of homemade strawberry jam and studded with buttery graham cracker crust bites. It’s not quite summer yet, but this pint is a little taste of all the delicious summer fruits to come!
