Inspired by one of Molly's favorite flavors as a kid, we made our own version of German Chocolate Cake that takes a few liberties with tradition but doesn't cut any corners on deliciousness! We start with chocolate ice cream made with lots of organic & direct trade Theo Chocolate and add a swirl of caramel with organic coconut flakes, big walnut pieces and chunks of homemade gluten-free chocolate cake that will melt in your mouth. We're using two kinds of caramel, one made with local goat's milk from Grace Harbor Farms, the other with organic vanilla bean.
