Strawberry Shortcake

One of the yummiest berries that the PNW has to offer--our organic strawberries come from Viva Farms grown in the Skagit Valley! Then they head to each of our kitchen teams who make them into strawberry compote. This compote is swirled into our ice cream along with delicious chunks of shortcake!
