Melted Chocolate Sorbet

This sorbet is like a scoopable, gourmet fudgsicle and even though it’s dairy free, we suspect anyone who likes chocolate will be into it. 

We’re using a touch of melted Theo chocolate and an organic fair trade cocoa powder sourced directly from a collective of small farms in the Dominican Republic. Equal Exchange has been working with this same collective of farmers for 13 years.
