Now scooping Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake! For this Summer seasonal our culinary teams start by making blueberry jam in-house using organic blueberries from our farm partners in the Skagit Valley. We then swirl the jam, lemon zest and homemade chunks of cheesecake into each tub for a delicious summery, decadent scoop!
