Cranberry Sorbet

All shops are now scooping Cranberry Sorbet! This sweet + tart seasonal is made with a homemade cranberry jam using local organic cranberries from Starvation Alley Farms! 

Starvation Alley Farms is located in Long Beach, WA! This fall our Culinary Manager Leslie visited the farm and helped harvest fresh cranberries from the bog! This partner is not only local, but is certified organic and helps keep the water shed that feeds their bogs clean and chemical-free! We love working with partners that not only grow such quality ingredients but that also help keep our environment clean!
